Before servicing your vehicle!

Customer Responsibility: Customers are advised to remove all personal items, valuables, and sensitive documents (e.g., jewelry, electronics, cash, garage door openers) from their vehicle prior to leaving it in our care.
Limitation of Liability: Wash N Ride is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle while it is our care.
Items Removed for Service: If items must be removed to perform services (e.g., cleaning out a trunk or removing items), they will be placed in a sealed bag in the trunk of the vehicle.

Scheduling & Service Policy
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST) only. Service appointments are conducted Saturday and Sunday.An individual 18 years of age or older must be present with the vehicle at the time of service. Services will not be performed under any circumstances without an adult present.

Liability & Service Verification Policy
Wash N Ride is not responsible for any damages unless directly caused by water during the service.All damage claims must be reported and documented before the Detail Technician leaves the premises. Claims submitted after departure will not be accepted under any circumstances.
For quality assurance and documentation purposes, before-and-after photos of each vehicle will be taken to verify that services have been completed properly.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations!

Payments: NO CHECKS!!! We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Klarna, Affirm and Zip!
Refunds/Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact us by phone (256) 691-6328 or email-washnridemobile@gmail.com!
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your appointment has been scheduled.
If you choose to cancel, you are required to notify your scheduler immediately after Wash N Ride has contacted you to confirm your appointment.
